Bakalářská práce se zabývá postoji sociálních pracovníků k celoživotnímu učení a vzdělávání. Cílem této práce je zjistit konkrétní postoje sociálních pracovníků k celoživotnímu vzdělávání a učení. Předmětem zájmu jsou rovněž otázky přínosu učení, konkrétních motivů a bariér ve vzdělávacím procesu. Vlastní pohledy sociálních pracovníků na celoživotní učení jsou získány pomocí rozhovorů.
