Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou kriminality mládeže. Spoluprací rodiny mladis-tvého pachatele s Probační a mediační službou ČR. Zjištěním současného stavu a možnostmi dalšího rozvoje spolupráce rodiny s Probační a mediační službou ČR. Na konkrétních případech je zde ukázána spolupráce mladistvého a jeho rodiny s probačním úředníkem.

The dissertation deals with the questions of teenagers’ delinquency. With the cooperation of the family of a juvenile offender with the Probation and Mediation Services of the Czech Republic.
