Anotace Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu souvislosti vertikální komunikace v organizaci a oddanosti pracovníků cílům. Jejím cílem bylo ověřit, zda komunikace v organizaci účinně posiluje oddanost cílům – organizačním i individuálním. Na základě studia literatury byly stanoveny faktory účinné komunikace.
