Zákonný proces zadávání veřejných zakázek bývá často kritizován jako nedůsledný a umožňující neprůhledné rozdělování finančních prostředků ze státního rozpočtu za podmínek, které připouštějí neekonomické a neefektivní řešení. Abstract:
The legal process of public procurement is often criticized as inconsistent and allows for nontransparent distribution of funds from the State budget under conditions which allow uneconomic and inefficient solutions.
