Tématem mojí práce je „Controlling jako moderní nástroj řízení společnosti“. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první, teoretické, shrnuji poznatky z odborné literatury, především v oblasti plánování, kontroly, reportingu a nástrojů optimalizace podnikových procesů. Subject of my thesis is „Controlling as a modern tool of company’s management. Thesis is made of two main parts. In the first one, theoretical, I am summarizing theoretical knowledges from specialized books, mainly in the sphere of planning, control, reporting and process optimizing tools.
