Environmental gynecological surgical wing on client

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována klientkám, které podstupují operační výkon na gynekologické klinice. Zabývá se otázkou, jaký vliv má prostředí operačního traktu, počínaje předsálím a následně samotného operačního sálu na klientku. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V části teoretické se zaměřujeme na vybavení operačního sálu, zejména přístrojovou techniku užívanou na operačním sále, a na složení operačního týmu spolu s jeho kompetencemi. Dále jsou zde popsány druhy užívané anestezie a v jednotlivých kapitolách stručně nastíněn předoperační proces. Empirická část analyzuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl proveden formou anonymního rozhovoru u klientek po gynekologickém operačním výkonu.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on clients who have undergone surgery in a gynecological clinic. It examines the impact to the patient in the surgical wing, beginning in the prep room and concluding in the operating room. This paper is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part I focused on the equipment of the room, especially instrumental technology, and the composition of the surgical team along with their competencies. It also describes the types of anesthesia used and each chapter briefly identifies the preoperative process. The empirical part analyzes the result of qualitative research, which was conducted through an anonymous interview with clients after gynecological surgeries.
