Genetic aberrations associated with male infertility
Abstract:
Mužská neplodnost stojí za neplodností párů přibližně v polovině případů, nicméně příčiny mužské neplodnosti nejsou zcela objasněny. Cíl bakalářské práce spočívá v uceleném přehledu poznatků o genetických příčinách mužské neplodnosti včetně výsledků studií využívajících technologie sekvenování nové generace.
Abstract:
Male infertility is responsible for infertility of couples in about half of the cases, however the causes of male infertility are not fully clarified. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the genetic causes of male infertility, including the results of studies using the next generation sequencing technologies.
