Communication mix of Komerční banka, a.s.

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo popsat a analyzovat využívání jednotlivých nástrojů komunikačního mixu ve společnosti Komerční banka, a. s. Na základě zjištěných skutečností tyto aktivity zhodnotit a navrhnout efektivnější využití, především co se týče sociálních sítí. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé nástroje komunikačního mixu a jejich využívání na internetu. V praktické části je popsána společnost, její současné komunikační aktivity, zhodnocení těchto aktivit a návrh komunikaci pomocí sociálních sítí, jejichž síla v oblasti komunikace stále roste.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to describe and analyze the use of individual tools of communication mix in Komerční bank. Based on the findings, evaluate these activities and propose more efficient use, especially in terms of social networks. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the various tools of the communication mix and their use on the Internet. The practical part describes the society, its current communication activities, evaluation of these activities and proposal for communication through social networks, whose strength in the area of communication is growing.
