Ethics related to the organizational communication

Anotace:

The thesis investigates issues related to the ethics of organisational communication. The focus is put on the case study of the chosen company. In the theoretical part, the author reveals key theoretical aspects related to organisational communication and the role of ethics in it. By running an interview with the company’s manager and a survey among its employees, the author reveals the main issues inherent of the organisational communication processes at the company, namely in terms of ethics, and provides recommendations for the company to improve the situation. The thesis should be of interest to all researchers dealing with the topic of organisational communication, namely in terms of ethical aspects.
