Social worker as a part of multidisciplinary team affecting the people with autistic spectrum disorders

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem multidisciplinární spolupráce a kooperací mezi členy týmu a dalšími aktéry při spolupráci s lidmi s poruchou autistického spektra. Teoretická část je věnována mezioborové spolupráci dílčích disciplín, kde zástupci těchto vědních oborů vytváří multidisciplinární týmy za účelem sociální pomoci. Popisuji sociální práci a vymezuji sociální služby, které jsou pro cílovou skupinu nejvhodnější. Zaměřuji se na pervazivní vývojové poruchy, u nichž není známa příčina postižení a léčba je symptomatická. V aplikační části na praktickém příkladu popisuji činnost konkrétního multidisciplinárního týmu, který byl vytvořen za účelem pomoci klientům s poruchou autistického spektra při zvládání běžných životních situací.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of multidisciplinary partnership and cooperation between team members and other involved people while working with people affected by autistic spectrum disorder. The theoretical part is devoted to interdisciplinary cooperation of partial disciplines, where representatives of these disciplines force to create multidisciplinary teams for the purpose of social assistance. I describe social work and define social services that are most suitable for the target group. I focus on pervasive evolutionary disorders where the cause of the disability is unknown and the treatment is symptomatic. The practical part of the application describes activities of specific multidisciplinary team, which was created in order to help clients with autistic spectrum disorders to better cope with basic daily life situations.
