Závažné komplikace parazitární infekce toxoplazmózy u pacientů s hlubokým imunodeficitem, imunosuprimovaných pacientů a gravidních žen vyžadují k průkazu Toxoplazma gondii správně zvolený diagnostický postup. Serious complications of parasitic toxoplasmosis infection in the patients with strong immunodeficiency, immunosuprimed patients and pregnant women need an appropriate diagnostic procedure for the Toxoplasma gondii detection regarding an insufficient antibody synthesis in these patients.
