Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje fungování vybrané organizace působící v oblasti tělovýchovy a sportu. V teoretické části je rozpracováno téma sportu, jeho význam ve společnosti a právní formy neziskových organizací v České republice. Obecně jsou zde popsány současné způsoby řízení a financování neziskových organizací, transparentnost, fundraising a výkonnost. Okrajově je nastíněno také účetnictví v neziskovém sektoru. V praktické části práce je jednotlivými podkapitolami osvětlena současná organizační struktura této konkrétní organizace, metoda strategického řízení a plánování s ohledem na dlouhodobou udržitelnost, včetně personálního zajištění zaměstnanci a dobrovolníky a dále je zde cíleně detailně rozpracováno finanční řízení a způsoby financování, to vše s náhledem do minulosti, kdy je učiněno srovnání a následná argumentace za účelem prokázání potřebnosti profesionálního řízení, vícezdrojového financování a fundraisingu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis describes the functioning of a selected organization operating in the field of physical education and sports. The theoretical part deals with the topic of sport, its importance in society and the legal forms of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic. In general, current ways of managing and financing non-profit organizations, transparency, fundraising and performance are described here. Accounting in the non-profit sector is also outlined. The practical part of the work explains the current organizational structure of the organization, the method of strategic management and planning with regard to long-term sustainability, including staffing and volunteers, and there is a detailed financial management and financing methods, all with a view to past, when comparison and subsequent arguments are made to demonstrate the need for professional management, multi-source financing and fundraising.
