Axin je scaffold protein, hrající důležitou roli v několika signálních drahách. Schopnost Axinu interagovat s různými signálními proteiny nemusí být důležitá jenom pro samotný přenos signálu, ale také pro komunikaci a přepínání mezi jednotlivými drahami. Abstract:
Axin is a scaffold protein which plays a significant role in several signaling pathways. The ability of Axin to interact with various signaling proteins is important not only for the signal transduction itself but also for the cross-talk and switching between the individual pathways.
