Anotácia:

Předmětem diplomové práce "Regulace pojistného trhu" je charakteristika pojistného trhu jeho funkce. Charakterizovat stav současný a vývoj dohledu a regulace v oblasti pojistného trhu. První část je zaměřena na uvedení důvodů, vyvolávající potřebu pojistný trh regulovat. Další část pojednává o odlišnostech pojistného trhu, jeho faktorech a segmentech. V poslední části je popsán systém dohledu jeho integrace do České národní banky a pohled dalšího vývoje pojistného trhu. Podstatné znaky regulatorního opatření Solventnost I. Solventnost II je směrnicí regulatorního opatření, která bude aplikována ve všec státech Evropské unie.

Abstract:

A subject of this diploma thesis "Regulation of Insurance Market" is charakteristic market of its function. Characterize the current state and development of supervision and regulation of the insurance market. The first part focuses on the specification of the reasons underlying the need to regulate the insurance market. The next section discusses the differences of the insurance market, its factors and segments. The last part describes the surveillance system's integration into the Czech National Bank and the view of further development of the insurance market. The Essential features of regulatory measures Solvency I. Solvency II is a directive of regulátory measures that will be applied in all contries of the European Union.
