Relation between personal involvement and job satisfaction among particular company employees
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem osobní angažovanosti a pracovní spokojenosti. Obsahuje teoretické vymezení použitých konstruktů a popis personálního rozvoje v konkrétní firmě, kde se uskutečnil výzkum. Empirická část se zabývá zjištěním vztahu mezi pracovní spokojeností a relevantními proměnnými souvisejícími s personálním rozvojem.
Abstract:
This diploma work deals with theme of personal involvement and job satisfaction. It includes description of relevant constructs and personal development of concrete company, where research was realized. Empiric part of diploma work focuses on finding of personal involvement and job satisfaction relationship, as well as its relationship to other relevant variables.
