Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vymáhání pohledávek ve společnosti XYZ, s. r. o. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů a na způsoby vymáhání pohledávek. Jsou v ní vysvětleny i pojmy související s pohledávkami jako jsou vznik, zajištění a zánik pohledávky. The Bachelor thesis is focused on recovery in the company XYZ Ltd. The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic concepts and methods of recovery. They also explained the concepts associated with claims such as the creation, provision and termination claims.
