Preparation of clients of therapeutetic community for the entry on employment market

Abstract:

Ve své práci se autor pokusil identifikovat potřeby klientů terapeutické komunity pro léčbu drogových závislostí v souvislosti s jejich přípravou na vstup na pracovní trh. Teoretická část obsahuje stať o sociálním fungování a sociální potřebě, základní popis terapeutické kommunity a léčebného procesu, popis sociální práce v terapeutické komunitě, přípravy na získání zaměstnání obecně a výběr z analýzy potřeb léčených uživatelů návykových látek z hlediska jejich uplatnitelnosti na trhu práce. Empirická část a jednotlivá šetření obsahuje popis výzkumné části práce, na ní navazuje interpretace šetření. Práce identifikovala 4 základní potřeby klientů ve vztahu ke vstupu na trh práce: Vytvoření reálné představy o svém budoucím zaměstnání, snížení pravděpodobnosti neúspěchu z důvodu, které klient nemůže ovlivnit, získání dovedností, vedoucích k získání zaměstnání a konečně dosažení praktické připravenosti. Na závěr práce nastiňuje strukturu možné intervence vedoucí k naplnění těchto potřeb.

Abstract:

The author in his work tried to identify needs of clients of therapeutic community for drug addictions treatment in context of their preparing for entry to the working market. Theoretic part contains stať about social functioning and social need, basic description of therapeutic community and treatment process, description of social work in therapeutic community, preparations for getting job and selection from the analysis of users needs, who are treated from addiction of narcotics, mainly in terms of their chances on labor market. Empiric part and individual investigations contains the description of the investigative part of the work which continue with the interpretation of investigation. The work identified 4 basic clients needs in relation with labor market entry: Creation of real imagine about their incoming job, reduction of probability failure from reasons, which the client can't influence, getting skills which leads to getting a job and finally getting the practical preparedness. In the end of this work he shows the structure of possible intervention leading to the replenishment of this needs.
