Abstract:
V roce 2008 bylo v České republice 6244 obcí, z nichž 3611 mělo méně než 500 obyvatel. Je otázka, zda se u všech malých obcí podaří zajistit kvalitní management. Jejich starostové vykonávají většinou svoji funkci po práci. Tyto malé obce mají minimální šanci se zapojovat do grantových programů. Abstract:
In 2008 there were 6244 municipalities in the Czech Republic, from which 3611 had less than 500 inhabitants. There is a question whether it is possible to ensure qualified management in all small municipalities. Their mayors perform the function after work.
