Idioms with body elements (hand, leg) in German as foreign language.

Abstract:

This Master’s thesis deals with phrasemes with keywords regarding body parts (hand, arm, leg, head, eyes, nose, mouth, ears and fingers) and their didactization. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part there’s a brief introduction of the field of phraseology and the concepts closely re-lated to it. The theoretical part of the thesis then deals with the classification of phraseology and its types of equivalence. A separate chapter is also devoted to German language teaching and, last but not least, phrase didactics. The practical part also mentions the symbolics of body parts in phraseology. Subsequently, didactic tasks are introduced, which are divided according to the phraseological four-step, namely into tasks for the phraseme discovery and their further decoding. Further-more, the tasks for fixing these phrasemes and their use are presented.

Abstract:

Magisterská diplomová práce zabývá frazeologizmy s klíčovými slovy z oblasti částí těla (ruka, paže, noha, hlava, oči, nos, ústa, uši a prsty) a jejich didaktizací. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je stručně představena oblast frazeologie a pojmy, které s ní úzce souvisí. Dále se teoretická část zabývá klasifikací frazeologie a jejími typy ekvivalence. Samostatná kapitola je také věnována výuce německého jazyka a v neposlední řadě frazeodidaktice. V prak-tické části je zmíněna symbolika částí těla ve frazeologii. Následně jsou představeny didaktické úkoly, které jsou rozděleny dle frazeologického čtyřkroku, a to na úkoly pro objevení frazémů a jejich následné dekódování. Dále jsou pak představeny úkoly pro upevnění těchto frazémů a jejich použití.
