Sexual crime and the possibilities of its control

Abstract:

Práce se především zabývá mravnostní kriminalitou z trestního pohledu, kdy objasňuje stanovené právní normy a skutkové podstaty u jednotlivých mravnostních trestních činů a prevencí a možnostmi, jak tento druh kriminality kontrolovat a regulovat. Okrajově se práce věnuje též obětem a pachatelům, ať těm deviantním nebo nedeviantním a jejich příčinám, který čtenáři poskytne komplexní pohled na tuto problematiku. Pro výzkum je použita metoda analýzy statistických dat a metoda dotazníkového šetření. U analýzy dat jsou zpracovány grafy, které přehledně poukazují na míru výskytu a vývoje této kriminality v České republice. Výstupem metody dotazníkového šetření je zjištění společenského postoje respondentů k pachatelům sexuální kriminality a jejich informovanosti o tomto druhu kriminality. Cílem práce je přehledné a celistvé zpracování dané problematiky pochopitelné i pro laickou veřejnost.

Abstract:

The thesis deals primarily with moral crime from a criminal point of view, clarifying the established legal norms and facts for individual moral crimes and prevention and possibilities for controlling and regulating this type of crime. Marginally, the work also deals with victims and perpetrators, whether deviant or non-deviant and their causes, so that the reader can take a comprehensive view of this issue. The statistical data analysis method and the questionnaire survey method are used for the research. For data analysis, graphs are prepared that clearly show the rate of occurrence and development of this crime in the Czech Republic. The output of the questionnaire survey method is the identification of the social attitude of respondents towards perpetrators of sexual crime and their awareness of this type of crime. The aim of the bachelor thesis is clear and comprehensivel elaboration of the issue, even for the general public.
