Abstract:
Předložená práce se zabývá retribučním soudnictvím v poválečném Československu. Mapuje vývoj exilové vlády, jednotlivé retribuční dekrety, okupační správu v Pardubicích a následně rozebírá podrobněji případ Wilibalda Kühna u Mimořádného lidového soudu Chrudim.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the retributive justice in post-war Czechoslovakia. It describes the development of government in exile, individual retributive decrees and the occupational administration in Pardubice; furthermore, the thesis analyses the case of Wilibald Kühn in Extraordinary People´s Court in Chrudim.
