Bakalářská práce se věnuje daňovým a účetním specifikům v jednotlivých právních formách podnikání. Cílem práce je komparovat podnikání konkrétní fyzické osoby v České republice a v Německu. The bachelor thesis deals with tax and accounting specifics in individual legal forms of business.
