Differentiation of Primary School Instruction With Respect to the Needs of Pupils

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Diferenciace výuky na 1. stupni ZŠ vzhledem k potřebám žáků“ pojednává o individuálních potřebách žáků především z hlediska struktury inteligence a preferovaného stylu učení. Práce předkládá popis diagnostického procesu ve dvou konkrétních třídách, realizovaného na základě teoretických poznatků shrnutých v první části. Výsledky byly dále použity při tvorbě plánů pro diferenciované tematické jednotky Římská čísla, Etapy lidského života a Zvířata v zimě. Realizací jednotek bylo potvrzeno jejich možné využití v praxi.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „ Differentiation of Primary School Instruction with Respect to the Needs of Pupils“ deals with pupils´ individual needs especially from the point of view of their intelligence structure and learning style preferences. It introduces the description of the diagnostic process implemented in two particular classes, realized on the basis of the theoretical information summary, which can be found in the first part of the work. Further, the results of the diagnosing were used to prepare three differentiated units: Roman numbers, Human life stages and Animals during the winter. Implementation of the units proved the possibility of their practical use.
