Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovním prostředím pečovatelů v domovech pro seniory. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy pracovní prostředí a jeho složky, péče o pracovníky, domovy pro seniory a pečovatelství včetně uplatnění a kompetencí pečovatele. The bachelor thesis deals with work environment in retirement homes. It also defines the concept of work environment and its components, care of workers, retirement homes, nursing, competencies of care workers and their professional activities.
