Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Aplikace principů Webu 2.0 na e-zin v prostředí terciárního vzdělávání“ popisuje netradiční způsob využití Internetu ve vysokoškolském vzdělávání prostřednictvím vytvoření elektronického periodika využívajícího moderní nástroje Internetu. Prudký rozvoj informačních a komunikačních technologií má velký vliv na výukové metody, které se snaží reagovat zaváděním ICT do výuky. Práce poskytuje stručný přehled pedagogických konceptů a představuje nové přístupy k výuce, které využívají sociálního charakteru konceptu Internetu nazývaného Web 2.0. Práce předkládá teoretický popis nových sociálních médií založených na principu Webu 2.0 a uvádí jejich hlavní typy a možnosti jejich využití ve výuce. Jednou z možností aplikace principů Webu 2.0 je vytvoření odborného studentského časopisu, který hojně využívá sociálních aspektů Webu 2.0 k vytvoření tvůrčího studentského prostředí. Praktická část představuje studentský e-zin Inflow – Information Journal, který provozují studenti a pedagogové Kabinetu informačních studií a knihovnictví na Filozofické fakultě Masarykovy univerzity v Brně. Součástí praktické části je návrh na rozšíření využívání nástrojů Webu 2.0 v tomto periodiku.

Abstract:

The thesis „Application of Web 2.0 principles to an e-zine in the area of the University Education“ describes non-traditional way of Internet use in University Education by creating an electronic journal using modern Internet tools. As a result of a rapid development of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and its effect on educational methods, ICT have been introduced into University curriculum. The thesis outlines briefly pedagogical aspects and introduces new educational approaches benefiting from the social character of the Internet concept called Web 2.0. The thesis presents theoretical description of new social media based on the Web 2.0 principles and introduces their main types and possibilities of their implementation into a teaching. One of the possible options of the Web 2.0 principles application is founding of a specialised students´ magazine which is using widely social aspects of the Web 2.0 for establishing creative students´ environment. The practical part of the thesis presents students´ e-zine Inflow – Information Journal, published by students and academic staff of the Division of Information and Library studies at the Faculty of Arts at Masaryk University in Brno. The practical part of the thesis presents a suggestion of improved applications of the Web 2.0 tools in this e-zine.
