Recruitment and selection of employees in a selected company

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza procesů získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a jejich metod, tj. problematiky obsazování volného pracovního místa. Cílem této práce je popsat teoretická východiska pro obsazování volného pracovního místa, vymezit a popsat systémy získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, a poté zanalyzovat procesy ve vybrané společnosti za účelem navrhnout zefektivnění. V teoretické části práce autor definuje lidské zdroje, řízení lidských zdrojů, personalistiku, plánování lidských zdrojů, získávání, výběr a adaptaci zaměstnanců. V praktické části autor charakterizuje vybranou společnost a popisuje současné systémy získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců. Ve výzkumné části autor analyzuje současné systémy ve společnosti prostřednictvím dotazníku a rozhovorů, a poté vyhodnocuje výsledky z šetření. V závěru výzkumné části práce jsou navržena doporučení pro zefektivnění jednotlivých systémů.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the processes of recruitment and selection of employees and their methods, ie the issue of filling a vacancy. The aim of this work is to describe the theoretical basis for filling a vacancy, to define and describe the systems of recruitment and selection of employees, and then to analyze the processes in the selected company in order to propose efficiency. In the theoretical part of the work, the author defines human resources, human resource management, personnel work, human resource planning, recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees. In the practical part, the author characterizes the selected company and describes the current systems of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees. In the research part, the author analyzes the current systems in the company through a questionnaire and interviews, and then evaluates the results of the survey. At the end of the research part of the work, recommendations for improvement individual systems are proposed.
