V této práci jsem testoval v nově syntetizované elektrochemické značky s alkylthiolovou skupinou, jejich enzymatickou inkorporaci do řetězce DNA a jejich elektrochemické vlastnosti. Dále jsem zjistil, že je možné využít nitro- skupinu ke značení bází DNA, tyto báze enzymaticky inkorporovat do DNA a pomocí elektrochemických metod provést jejich detekci. Abstract:
In this diploma work I tested newly synthesized alkylthiol- labels, designed for DNA labeling and electrochemical detection. I succeeded in enzymatic incorporation of these labels and found some interesting interfacial properties of those labels.
