This Diploma thesis is focused on the development of the crime of scaremongering since the 1950s in Czechoslovakia to the present day. The first part of the thesis is mainly devoted to the legal regulation of this crime until the 1960s. The second part of the thesis deals with specific court decisions from the 1950s.
