Abstract:
Anotace: Cílem této práce je analýza náhrady škody v režimu Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. Pokusila jsem se v ní rozebrat jednotlivá ustanovení Úmluvy týkající se náhrady škody, komentovat je pomocí dostupné literatury od uznávaných odborníků a ilustrovat příklady z praxe
Abstract:
Abstract: The main intent of my thesis is the study of the damages under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. I tried to analyse its provisions concerned with recoverable damages , comment on them with the help of available literature written by respected specialists and illustrate them by cases from the practice of the international courts.
