The concept of human resources development in the business department in a selected company
Abstract:
První část práce se zabývá teoretickou problematikou rozvoje lidských zdrojů, stanovení si klíčových pojmů a strategii v této problematice. Druhá část práce pojednává o nadnárodní společnosti, představení firmy, analýze aktuálních principů rozvoje lidských zdrojů v podniku a návrhu možností zlepšení rozvoje zaměstnanců na základě zjištěných skutečností.
Abstract:
The first part deals with theoretical issues of human resource development and determination of key concepts and strategies in this field. The second part deals with multinational company, brief characterization, analysis of current principles of human resource development in the enterprise and possibilities for improving staff development based on the findings.
