Benefits of Social Security in the Course of Maternity and Parental Leave
Abstract:
Tématem mé bakalářské práce jsou dávky sociálního zabezpečení při mateřské a rodičovské dovolené. První kapitola je věnována pracovnímu právu, druhá kapitola právu sociálního zabezpečení a třetí kapitola zmiňuje podmínky při mateřské a rodičovské dovolené v členských státech Evropské unie
Abstract:
The topic of my Bachelors Thesis are social security benefits during maternity and parental leave. The first one deals with labour law, the second with social security law and the third touches conditions applying to maternity and parental leave within the European Union member countries.
