The Criminal Law Protection of Human Life
Abstract:
Téma této práce je trestněprávní ochrana lidského života. Kdy tato problematika je upravena v hlavě první zákona č. 40/2009 Sb., Trestního zákona. Cílem této práce je tedy podat ucelený přehled o trestněprávní ochraně života.
Abstract:
The theme of my thesis is “The criminal law protection of human life”. This problem is regulated by the chapter first, part first of the Crime code. So the aim of the work is to give an overview of crimes against a human life.
