Debt relief as a form of judicial resolution of bankruptcy
Abstract:
Práce popisuje insolvenční řízení a definuje základní pojmy, které jsou použity v Insolvenčním zákoně. Zároveň poskytuje ucelený pohled na právní rámec insolvenčního řízení. Popsaný průběh jednotlivých fází insolvenčního řízení je demonstrován na konkrétním případě.
Abstract:
Thesis is focused on the definition and introduction of basic concepts of the Insolvency Act so as to provide comprehensive view of the legal framework for insolvency proceedings. Described course of particular stages in the proceedings is thereafter applied in real insolvency case in the analytical part of the paper.
