Předmětem diplomové práce je hodnocení zaměstnanců formou 360° zpětné vazby a zjištění souvislostí mezi osobnostními charakteristikami hodnotitelů a jejich hodnocením některých kompetencí u ostatních zaměstnanců. Práce také zjišťuje, zda existuje souvislost mezi pohlavím hodnotitele a jeho hodnocením.
