Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem řeči v dětském věku, je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část definuje pojem komunikace, charakterizuje psychomotorický a řečový vývoj dítěte. Empirická část se skládá ze dvou kapitol. První je založená na překladu vybraných kapitol francouzské knihy o vývoji řeči. The Bachelor thesis deals with speech development in childhood. The Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part.
