Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice ověřování českých veřejných listin za účelem jejich použití na území jiného státu. Práce si klade za cíl poskytnout ucelený přehled současné právní úpravy a režimů, které umožňují použití české veřejné listiny v zahraničí, pozornost je zaměřena především na Haagskou úmluvu o apostile, dvoustranné mezinárodní smlouvy, ale i relevantní nařízení Evropské unie.
