Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice dietního stravování ve školních jídelnách. Je zaměřena na bezmléčnou dietu. Teoretická část popisuje specifika školního stravování, následně analyzuje složení mléka a jeho význam ve výživě člověka. The thesis is devoted to the issue of specific diets in school canteens. It focuses on milk free diet. The theoretical part destribes specifics of school meals, then it analyses composition of milk and its importance in human nutrition.
