Children, parents and divorce - adjustment of rights and duties of divorced parents towards underage children.
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá po-rozvodovou úpravou práv a povinností rodičů vůči nezletilým dětem. Je zaměřena především na střídavou a společnou péči. Rovněž obsahuje po-rozvodou úpravu v několika vybraných cizích zemí a zabývá se také konkrétní rodinou, která již střídavou péči několik let aplikuje.
Abstract:
This work deals with after-divorce adjustment of rights and duties of parents towards their underage children. It is focused especially on shared and joint custody. It also includes the adjustment of rights and duties of children after divorce in other foreign countries and a family that has been applying shared custody for several years.
