Abstract:
Nejčastější otázkou v případě nedostatku finančních prostředků na dlouhodobý majetek je, zda jej financovat pomocí leasingu nebo bankovním úvěrem. Finanční leasing poskytuje rychlou dostupnost dlouhodobého majetku bez nutnosti volných peněžních prostředků. Nájemci umožňuje postupné splácení dluhu v podobě leasingových splátek. The most frequently asked question in case of lack of funds intended for long-time property is, whether to fund it by leasing or by bank loan. Financial leasing provides fast availability for long-time property without necessity of free finances. It makes possible for renter to pay-off a debt gradually in form of leasing part payments.
