Cílem bakalářské práce na téma „Svěření dítěte do péče jiné osoby a pěstounská péče“ je vyložit tuzemskou právní úpravu obou institutů a zároveň popsat smysl obou institutů včetně jejich místa ve struktuře institutů náhradní péče o dítě.
