Cílem naší práce bylo ověřit mediační efekt psychologického kapitálu na vztah mezi pracovními zdroji a pracovní angažovaností. Zajímalo nás, proč dostatek pracovních zdrojů může vyvolávat u lidí různou výši pracovní angažovanosti. K potřebám této práce jsme adaptovali novou metodu měření pracovní angažovanosti.
