The interaction management of teachers and pupils at the second grade primary school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku interakce mezi učiteli a žáky 2. stupně základní školy s prvky vzdělávacího programu Začít spolu, zejména na rozdíly mezi interakcemi učitele a intaktních žáků na jedné straně a učitele a žáků se speciálně vzdělávacími potřebami (SVP), (zejména specifické poruchy učení a ADHD) na straně druhé. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány faktory a podmínky ovlivňující interakci učitele (především klima školy a třídy, styly výchovy, legislativa). Je uveden přehled charakteristik vybraných specifických poruch učení (dyslexie, dyskalkulie, dysgrafie, dysortografie), ADHD a lehké mentální retardace. Specifikován alternativní vzdělávací program Začít spolu (historie, filosofie, standardy práce učitele). Cílem praktické části práce bylo provést kvantitativní výzkum se záměrem analyzovat a komparovat interakce učitele a intaktních žáků a učitele a žáků se SVP ve specifických doménách "edukační vztah", "požadavky", "volnost" a posoudit zjištěné rozdíly. Výzkumné šetření bylo prováděno na vzorku 90 žáků, z nichž bylo 61 žáků intaktních a 29 žáků se SVP. Na základě získaných výsledků lze formulovat závěr, že neexistuje statisticky ani věcně významný rozdíl mezi jednotlivými skupinami v interakci učitel žák.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issues between teachers and pupils of the lower secondary school with elements of "Start together" programme, particularly on the interaction variations among teachers and intact pupils on one side and teacher and pupils with special educational needs (especially learning disabilities and ADHD) on the other side. The factors and conditions influencing the interaction of teachers (mainly school and classroom climate, educational styles and legislation) are characterized in the theoretical part of the thesis. In the theoretical part the summary of selected learning disabilities (dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, dysorthography), ADHD and mild mental retardation is introduced. The alternative educational system called "Start together" (history, philosophy, teacher's work standards) is specified there. The goal of practical part was to carry out a quantitative research with the aim on analysing and comparing the interactions among teacher and intact pupils and also teacher and pupils with special educational needs in specific domains "educational relationship", "needs", "freedom" and to asses different findings. Research was executed on the sample of 90 pupils of which there were 61 intact pupils and 29 pupils with special educational needs. On the basis of acquired findings there is a possibility of formulating a result which says there is no statistic or factual difference between particular groups in the interaction of teacher and pupil.
