Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována tématu ohledání místa činu v souvislosti s drogovou kriminalitou. Cílem této práce je podat ucelený výklad o ohledání místa činu, vymezit specifika ohledání spojená s drogovou kriminalitou a také odhalení typických stop vyskytujících se na místech, kde byla drogová kriminalita spáchána. Práce rovněž pojednává o postupech a taktice policejních orgánů při ohledání místa činu a současně poskytuje informace o aplikovaných metodách kriminalistické dokumentace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the topic of crime scene investigation in the context of drug crime. The aim of this thesis is to give a comprehensive explanation of crime scene examination, to define the specifics of examination related to drug crime and also to reveal typical traces occurring at places where drug crime was committed. The thesis also discusses the procedures and tactics used by police agencies in crime scene examination and also provides information on applied methods of forensic documentation.
