Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů v nejmenované akciové společnosti. První část práce je zaměřena na teorii týkající se odměňování, motivace, motivačních nástrojů, zaměstnaneckých benefitů a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. This bachelor thesis deals with an optimization of employee benefits system in unnamed joint-stock company. First part is focused on a theory related to remuneration, motivation, motivational tools, employee benefits and satisfaction of employees.
