Abstract:
Tématem této práce je Trestní řízení před samosoudcem - jeho podmínky a specifika. V první části se práce zabývá významem samotného institutu samosoudce - pohledem do historie a důvodem začlenění do naší právní úpravy. Zbývající část se zabývá zkráceným přípravným řízením a na něho navazujícím zjednodušeným řízením před samosoudcem.
Abstract:
The subject of this dissertation is The Criminal Procedure before the Single Judge - its Conditions and Specifics. In the first part of the dissertation I dwell on the meaning of the institute of a sole judge – hindsight and the reason of incorporation in to our legislation.
