Abstract:

Hybnými prvky jedince, jenž umožňují se rozvíjet jsou různé motivy a stimuly.Motivy jsou faktory, které působí na člověka z vnitřku. Naopak stimuly působí na jedince z venku. Jedním z důležitých stimulů jsou benefity, které mohou jedince motivovat k jejich získání, nebo naopak případná ztráta by mohla být nepříjemně citelná. V této diplomové práci jsem se zaměřil na problematiku využívání benefitní soustavy odměňování pro zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců. Zaměstnavatel, manažer má velmi zajímavý nástroj pro zvýšení efektivity svých zaměstnanců prostřednictvím motivační složek, mezi které benefitní soustava patří. Pokud chce organizace vynakládat zdroje efektivně, musí získávat informace o zaměstnancích. V této diplomové práci jsem se zaměřil na využívání benefitní soustavy odměňování u velkých společností v České republice. Jaké jsou důvody poskytování benefitů i přes velkou finanční zátěž podniku. Dále jsem se věnoval analýze a vyhodnocení poskytnutých benefitů zaměstnancům. V závěru diplomové práce vyhodnocuji jednotlivé kategorie benefitní soustavy, jakým způsobem je vnímají zaměstnanci a zda-li je kafetérie benefitů poskytována efektivně.

Abstract:

Driving elements of an individual that make it possible to evolve are various motives and incentives. Motives are the factors which function on a human from within and vice versa, incentives function on individuals from outside. One of important stimuli are benefits, which can motivate an individual to obtain them or, on the contrary, a potential loss of them could be unpleasantly noticeable. . In these thesis I focussed on problems of utilization of the benefits scheme of remuneration and assesment and its contribution to the increase of motivation of work force. An employer, a manager has a very interesting tool for increasing efficiency of their staff through the motivational components among which the benefit‘s scheme belongs. If an organization wants to use sources effectively, it has to get information about its employees. In this dissertation I focussed on benefits scheme of remuneration of big companies in the Czech Republic. What are the reasons for administration benefits despite a heavy financial drain of corporations. Furthermore I devoted to the analysis and evaluation of benefits provided for employees. In conclusion I evaluate particular categories of the benefit´s scheme, how they have been appreciated by the staff and whether the scheme of benefits has been provided effectively.
