Abstract:
Motivace a hodnocení pracovníků, vybrané poznatky teorie, popis některých metod zvyšování motivace, výkonu a loajality zaměstnanců. Definice, historie a vývoj motivace. Vlastní volba některých metod motivace jako předpoklad kvalifikovaného hodnocení zaměstnanců. Zhodnocení a praktické využití.
Abstract:
The motivation and assesment of employes, selected theorical knowledge, description of some method of enhacement of effects and loyalty of employes. The definition, history and evolution of motivation. The own selection of some method for practical use. The evaluation and practical use.
