Diplomová práce se zabývá výkonem veřejné správy v oblasti veřejného opatrovnictví u osob omezených či neomezených ve svéprávnosti. The thesis deals with public administration in the sphere of public custody of persons limited or unlimited in their legal capacity. The theoretical part defines legal terms used in the field of guardianship and presents statistics on the scope of this agenda within the state administration.
