Abstract:
Ve své práci popisuji závislou činnost z právního pohledu. Práce se v zásadě zabývá zákoníkem práce, zákonem o daních z příjmů a zákonem o správě daní a poplatků.
Abstract:
The aim of my bachelor essay is to describe Dependent Activity from juridical point of view. The subject is interested essentially in labour code, income taxes law and administration of taxes and charges law.
