Employee satisfaction and stimulation through the benefit system in selected company

Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo odpovědět na otázku: „Jsou zaměstnanci spokojeni s benefitním systémem, který jim vybraná společnost nabízí?“ V teoretické části autor vymezuje pojem benefit, vyjmenovává druhy benefitů, rozlišuje mezi pojmy stimulace a motivace a popisuje je ve vztahu ke spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Na závěr řeší také problematiku daňového zatížení jednotlivých zaměstnaneckých výhod. V metodické části popisuje zvolenou strategii a techniku výzkumu, výzkumný soubor, techniku sběru dat a situační kontext spolu s časovým plánem. V praktické části jsou analyzovány a interpretovány výsledky provedeného výzkumu a zodpovězeny dílčí výzkumné otázky. Z výsledků vyplývá, že zaměstnanci modelové společnosti jsou spokojeni se stávajícími benefity, které jsou jim nabízeny, ale rozhodně kvůli nim nejsou ochotni vykonávat práci navíc. Nemotivují je k lepším výkonům.

Abstract:

The aim of this work was to answer the question: „Are employees satisfied with the benefit system, which they the selected company offer?” In the theoretical part the author defines the notion of benefit, lists the types of benefits, distinguishes between the concepts of stimulation and motivation, and describes them in relation to employee satisfaction. Finally solve the problems of taxation of employee benefits. In the methodological section describes the chosen strategy and technology research, the research file, data collection techniques and situational context along with the schedule. In the practical part are analysed and interpreted the results of the research and research sub-questions answered. The results show that the model of employees are satisfied with the current benefits that are offered to them, but certainly because they are not willing to perform extra work. No motivate them to perform better.
